By using SnipeDesk you agree to these terms. Rooms, quotes, Pulse, and journal notes are provided as-is, for information, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness.

You will not scrape the desk in a way that burdens EDGAR, Nasdaq, or our hosts. You will not present SnipeDesk output as a bid, offer, or research report. Signed-in members may simulate Pulse on their own ticket. Admin prints the shared book.

We may close an account that abuses the desk, spoofs filings, or harasses members. Closed accounts lose the ticket. Journal notes on the public blotter may be removed when they are wrong or no longer the article.

Filings and quotes belong to their sources (SEC, Nasdaq, and the vendors we read). SnipeDesk claims no license to redistribute them beyond this desk.
